Numerous people appared recently in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:
Christopher A. Stay, 25, of 507 Ridgewood Drive, Fredericktown; driving under the influence of alcohol-second offense; charged May 26, 2014; sentence – 23 months of Intermediate Punishment program with the first 6 months on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine and an 18-month driver’s license suspension.
Terry A. Dubovich, 47, of Republic; DUI-first offense; charged Aug. 17; sentence – 6 months of Intermediate Punishment program with the first 10 days on electronic home monitoring, $500 fine and a 12-month driver’s license suspension.
Michael Sweetie Sr., 47, of 204 Howard St., McDonald; harassment; charged Dec. 31; sentence – $300 fine.
Dereci A. Lowe, 24, of 227 Rebecca St., Monessen; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Oct. 21; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Beth Ann Stein, 30, of 7 Spruce Way, Stockdale; retail theft, false identification, endangering the welfare of a child and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Sept 18 and Sept 21; sentence – 5 years of probation and no contact with Dollar General.
Eric S. Carrell, 22, of 12 S. Wade Ave., Washington; carrying a firearm without a license; charged June 1; sentence – 1 year of probation.
Richard W. Hughes, 58, of 26 North Road, Charleroi; disorderly conduct; charged June 26; sentence – $50 fine and restitution.
Anthony J. Stetz, 54, of Van Voorhis; harassment; charged Aug. 15; sentence – $300 fine.
Thomas E. Means Jr., 23, of Pittsburgh; three counts of possession of heroin; charged Aug. 20; sentence – 72 months of probation.
Zachary W. Eidens, 24, of 1445 Weirich Ave., Washington; attempted burglary, two counts of theft, possessing an instrument of crime, receiving stolen property, retail theft and criminal trespass; charged May 13 and May 22, 2014, and Sept.15; sentenced – 9 to 23 months in the county jail, restitution and no contact with Lowry’s Western Shop, Buy and Sell Outlet and Petco.
Anthony J. Stankiewicz III, 34, of 94 McCarell Road, Hickory; receiving stolen property, burglary, theft and conspiracy to commit burglary; charged July 24 and 26, 2013; sentence – 3 years of probation, restitution and no contact with the victim.
Leonard D. Blanchon, 31, of 217 Home St., McDonald; disorderly conduct; charged July 15; sentence – $300 fine.
Alexander J. Nixon, 21, of 210 Pleasant Grove Road, Prosperity; theft and conspiracy to commit theft; charged Aug. 12; sentence – 23 months of Intermediate Punishment program with the first 6 months on electronic home monitoring.

David S. Conway, 27, of Bridgeville; DUI-second offense; charged Oct. 10; sentence – 6 months of Intermediate Punishment program, $1,500 fine and an 18-month driver’s license suspension.
Frank W. Sears, 58, of 700 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi; public drunkenness; charged March 4; sentence – $300 fine.
Robert C. Hodinko, 25, of 3045 Investors Road, Washington; DUI-first offense; charged Feb. 15; sentence – 6 months of probation and $2,810 fine. Robert E. Garrison, 24, of 200 Latimer Ave., Strabane; possession with intent to deliver Adderall, possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Jan. 15 and Nov. 16 ; sentence – 23 months of Intermediate Punishment program with the first 6 months on electronic home monitoring.
Kayla M. Navrat, 24, of 435 Lusk Road, Bentleyville; DUI-third offense, theft and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged July 10 and Aug. 28; sentence – 6 months of Intermediate Punishment program with the first 6 months on electronic home monitoring, $1,000 fine, restitution, 12 months of probation and no contact with victim.
Christin L. Segedi, 30, of 9 Linden St., Ellsworth; conspiracy to violate the drug act; charged April 1, 2012; sentence – 2½ to 5 years in prison and 5 years of probation.
Ryan M. Russell, 31, of Pittsburgh; retail theft; charged Sept. 17; sentence – 6 to 23 months in jail, restitution and banned from CVS stores.
Robert L. Ealy, 28, of 50 Woodland Ave., Washington; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged July 12; sentence – 12 months of probation.
