Hal Perry, 20, 55 Pennsylvania Boulevard, Monessen; public drunkenness and disorderly conduct; charged Dec. 27; sentence – $300 fine.

Travis M. Mullins, 33, 574 Joffre Bulger Road, Joffre; habitual offender, driving with a suspended license, disorderly conduct, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking, bad checks, harassment, charged April 1; sentence – 3 to 23 months in jail, 1 year of probation, abstain from drugs and alcohol, be of good behavior, no driving under any circumstances, restitution, $1,300 fine and no contact with victim.

Fonagy III, 28, of Lawrence; forgery, access device fraud, three counts of burglary and theft; charged May 6, 2012, Aug. 27, 2013, Sept. 2, 2013, April 2, 2013 and June 7, 2011; sentence – 24 months of state intermediate punishment, restitution, 5 years of probation and no contact with victims.

Raquel R. Bryner, 23, of 256 Lacock St., Washington; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Feb. 13; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Brandi L. Porter, 36, of 101 Eleanor St., Langeloth; first offense of driving under the influence and driving while operating privileges are suspended or revoked; charged July 15; sentence – 6 months of intermediate punishment program with the first 10 days on electronic home monitoring and a $1,200 fine.

Travis L. Beck, 25, of Jersey Shore; DUI, second offense; charged Sept. 18; sentence – 6 months of intermediate punishment program with the first 90 days on electronic home monitoring, a $750 fine and a 12-month driver’s license suspension.

Rebecca E. Plaisted, 45, of McDonald; DUI, first offense, driving an unregistered vehicle and driving without a license; charged Oct.6; sentence – 72 hours to 6 months in the county jail, a $1,275 fine and a 12-month driver’s license suspension.

Antoine Hairston, 21, of Monessen; possession of heroin and false identification to police; charged Aug. 5; sentence – 18 to 36 months in prison.

Kristopher J. Strejcek, 29, of Pitcairn; three counts of manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver cocaine; charged June 21, 2011; sentence – 9 to 23 months in the county jail and restitution.
