A tractor-trailer crash backed up traffic on Interstate 70 West just between the Claysville and Taylorstown exits. State police said a rig overturned in the left lane at about mile marker 10 in Buffalo Township at about 10:15 a.m. Westbound traffic was restricted to one lane while emergency crews remove the vehicle. There was a 3-to-5-mile traffic backup in the area.
