A story Friday about Washington’s solid waste bills incorrectly stated that Councilwoman Tracie Graham voted against a motion to send $75,000 from the solid waste fund to the 2015 general fund and $139,574 to capital improvement stormwater projects. Graham and Mayor Brenda Davis voted against a different motion that was approved by a 3-2 margin to retroactively transfer $175,000 from the solid waste fund to reimburse salaries, benefits and other expenses in 2014.
