California police say woman used another’s identification card

California police said Tuesday they will not charge a Monongahela woman with disorderly conduct stemming from an incident last month after learning that her identification card was used by another woman.
Police planned to charge Molly Ann Pro, 20, along with two other woman with disorderly conduct stemming from an incident outside Wood Street Grill, 153 Wood St., on Feb. 26. Police learned that it was not Pro but another woman who used her identification card. Police are trying to identify the third alleged offender in the incident.
