Thelma L. Turner, 53, 550 Maple Terrace, Washington; four counts of retail theft; charged Dec. 30, 2014; sentence – 23 months of Restrictive Treatment program with first 90 days on electronic home monitoring, restitution and banned from Macy’s, Walmart and Gabriel Brothers stores.
Chester P. Turner, 34, Zanesville, Ohio; theft by deception and conspiracy to commit theft; charged July 20; sentence – 18 months of probation, no contact with codefendant, 100 hours of community service, restitution, retail theft classes and banned from Walmart.
Dathan H.J. Daniels, 26, 1003 Sunset Beach Road, Claysville; two counts of retail theft and conspiracy to commit burglary; charged July 19; sentence – 6 to 23 months in jail with credit for time served, 18 months of probation, restitution, banned from Walmart and no contact with victim.
