The following people appeared recently for sentencing in Washington County Court.

Appearing before Judge John DiSalle were:

Michael S. Thomas, 43, 2177 U.S. Route 30, Hookstown; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged March 31, 2011; 12 months of probation.

Bradley J. Bonacci, 26, Wheeling, W.Va.; disorderly conduct; charged May 9, 2013; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with W&J campus.

Michael Smith, 49, 362 E. Maiden St., Washington; burglary, theft and defiant trespass; charged Sept. 13; sentence – 6 to 23 months in jail in Intermediate Punishment program, 3 to 12 months of probation and no contact with victim.

Marcus L. Askerneese, 26, 223 McKean Ave., Charleroi; possession of a controlled substance; charged May 12; sentence – 12 months of Probation Without Verdict program and restitution.

Sheri L. Cyr, 35, 509 First St., Charleroi; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged May 19; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Ajani R. Ogbonna, 25, 7305 Race St., Pittsburgh; theft by unlawful taking; charged Aug. 20; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with victim.

Thelma L. Turner, 53, 550 Maple Terrace, Washington; four counts of retail theft; charged Dec. 30, 2014; sentence – 23 months of Restrictive Treatment program with first 90 days on electronic home monitoring, restitution and banned from Macy’s, Walmart and Gabriel Brothers stores.

Chester P. Turner, 34, Zanesville, Ohio; theft by deception and conspiracy to commit theft; charged July 20; sentence – 18 months of probation, no contact with codefendant, 100 hours of community service, restitution, retail theft classes and banned from Walmart.

Dathan H.J. Daniels, 26, 1003 Sunset Beach Road, Claysville; two counts of retail theft and conspiracy to commit burglary; charged July 19; sentence – 6 to 23 months in jail with credit for time served, 18 months of probation, restitution, banned from Walmart and no contact with victim.

Appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:

William S. Helmick, 44, 490 Glenn St., Washington; theft and criminal conspiracy; charged June 13; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution, banned from Walmart, retail theft classes and cooperate with law enforcement regarding codefendant.

Adam J. Farabaugh, 25, 451 Adams Ave., Canonsburg; improper sale or transfer of firearm; charged Sept. 16; sentence – 6 months of probation.

Patrick T. Drudy, 52, 1209 Linden Place, Pittsburgh; unsworn falsification; charged Oct. 4; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Shawn Greenough, 27, 216 Gee St., Monongahela; criminal mischief; charged March 23; sentence – 12 months of probation and $800 restitution.

Kayleigh M. Hewitt, 22, 32 Coyle Curtain Road, Charleroi; possession of drug paraphernalia and false identification to law enforcement; charged Jan. 21; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Robert A. Dowling, 47, 103 Wayne St., Claysville; harassment; charged Nov. 21; sentence – 6 months of probation, 24 anger-management classes and no abusive contact with wife and son.

Jeramey M. Pelzer, 26, 4 Barcelona Lane, Dunlevy; disorderly conduct; charged June 16; sentence – $300 fine.

Elizabeth K. Ebbert, 32, 244 Vesta Lane, Richeyville; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged May 8; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Bryce E. Leach, 21, 4918 Williamsport Road, Elizabeth; disorderly conduct; charged Aug. 30; sentence – $300 fine.

Keya F. Langmyer, 25, Wheeling, W.Va.; criminal conspiracy; charged Sept. 18, 2011; sentence – 23 months of Intermediate Punishment program with first 30 days in jail with credit for time served, restitution and no contact with victim.

JM Lane Construction, John Lane, representative, 1883 State Route 980, Canonsburg; bad checks; charged March 11; sentence – restitution of $7,010.05.

Brittany J. Bongiovanni, 21, 16 Baker Lane, Bentleyville; three counts of forgery and four counts of access device fraud; charged Aug. 9; sentence – 90 days to 23 months in jail and banned from Tanger outlets.

Dakota L. Uhutch, 20, Roscoe; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged July 12; sentence – 23 months of probation and 50 hours of community service.

Leonard J. Weiser, 23, 136 Center Ave., Burgettstown; endangering the welfare of children; charged June 23; sentence – 3 to 23 months of incarceration with minimum served on electronic home monitoring.

Virginia Helmick, 50, 541 Euclid Ave., Canonsburg; theft by unlawful taking; charged July 3; sentence – 18 months of probation, restitution and banned from Sarris Candies.

Pamela Rascoe, 49, 2935 Vista Valley Road, Washington; endangering the welfare of children; charged May 5; sentence – 18 months of probation, parenting classes, restitution and no contact with victim until terms of sentence are completed and at discretion of parents.

Cheryl L. Jackson, 54, 57 Griffith Ave., Washington; simple assault; charged Nov. 29; sentence – 1 year of probation, anger-management counseling, restitution and no contact with victim or Canton Polish Club.

Charles R. Hull Jr., 26, 495 Mt. Tabor Road, Coal Center; false reports; charged Dec. 19; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with codefendants and victims.

Anthony M. Cooke, 24, 36 Woodland Road, Hickory; retail theft; charged Nov. 2; sentence – 12 months of probation, retail theft classes, restitution and banned from Rite Aid.

Dylan R. Birkhimer, 27, 31 Elm Leaf Drive, Burgettstown; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Nov. 22; sentence – 12 months of probation.

James Edge, 27, 152 Windover Drive, Midland; simple assault; charged Sept. 21; sentence – 12 months of probation, 24 anger-management classes, restitution and no contact with victim.

Travis L. Cronin, 28, 814 Lewis St., Brownsville; retail theft; charged Feb. 28, 2014; sentence – 6 months of probation, retail theft classes, restitution and banned from Walmart.

Steven Drake, 29, 399 North Ave., Midway; disorderly conduct; charged Dec. 21; sentence – 21 days to 12 months in jail with credit for time served, 50 hours of community service and banned from social media for term of sentence.

Howard T. Quigley, 54, 1212 Resevoir Ave., Monessen; false identification to law enforcement; charged Sept. 8; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Kimberly L. Campbell, 38, 611 Railroad St., Houston; indecent assault and conspiracy; charged Jan. 6, 2014; sentence – 6 to 23 months in jail and 3 years of probation with credit for time served.

Jordan S. Welsh, 23, 115 Parcell St., Claysville; two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia; charged April 24, 2013; sentence – 18 months of probation.

Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court for first offenses of driving under the influence and were admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program. If they successfully complete the program, they can petition the court to have their records expunged. Admitted were:
