Several people were admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program for first offenders. If they successfully complete the program, they can petition the court to have their record expunged.
Jamie L. Douglas, 38, 1137 First St., Denbo, was admitted for 12 months for harassment and disorderly conduct, charged June 15.
Darrin R. Patterson, 21, 323 Euclid Ave., Canonsburg, was admitted for 12 months for harassment, charged April 9.
Olivia J. Waters, 23, 285 County Club Road, Washington, was admitted for 6 months for hindering apprehension, charged Nov. 19.
Richard Griffith, 25, 5 Lockhart St., Brownsville, was admitted for 12 months for retail theft, charged July 23.
Cara M. Cavanaugh, 32, 567 Beatty Lane, Scenery Hill, was admitted for 12 months for retail theft, charged Aug. 7.
Amy B. Grow, 25, 308 Union St., Brownsville, was admitted for 12 months for simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, disorderly conduct and harassment, charged July 15.
Taylor J. Easterday, 22, 613 First St., Donora, was admitted for 24 months for access device fraud, charged Aug. 11.
Phyllis A. Kover, 48, 920 Weirich Ave., Washington, was admitted for 12 months for simple assault and conspiracy; charged April 30.
Lindsay Pople, 20, 440 Duncan Ave., Washington, was admitted for 12 months for loitering for purpose of prostitution, charged July 17.
