Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:
Rachel Stish, 28, of Roscoe; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged March 6, 2014; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Howard Wingrove, 30, of 1010 McKean Ave., Charleroi; possession of oxycodone; charged Sept. 10; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Steven D. Russell, 60, of 64 Atlantic Drive, Washington; possession of morphine, possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver and unlawful possession of firearms; charged March 21 and May 21; sentence – 6 to 12 months in jail and 44 to 88 months in prison.
Nolan Threlkeld, 19, of 108 Evans Drive, McMurray; possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged March 31; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Jodi L. Burns, 42, of 357 Bethel Ridge Road, Avella; second offense of driving while under the influence; charged July 19; sentence – 6 months of intermediate punishment program, $750 fine and a 12-month license suspension.
Appearing before Judge Valarie Costanzo were:
Kaleb J. Saunders, 23, of 1651 Weirich Ave., Washington; first offense of DUI; charged Oct.3; sentence – 6 months of probation and a $500 fine.
Marc Meissonier,44, of Bridgeville; first offense of DUI; charged May 23; sentence – 72 hours to 6 months in jail and a $1,000 fine.
Gary W. Barbour II, 33, of 271 Southview Road, McDonald; duties at a stop sign and driving at a safe speed; charged July 16; sentence – $50 fine.
Erin G. Ondash, 42, of Brownsville; possession of marijuana seeds and plants; charged July 12; sentence – 19 days to 18 months in jail.
Brenda Pelzer, 52, of 632 Lincoln Ave., Charleroi; possession of heroin with intent to deliver; charged April 29; sentence – 9 to 23 months in jail.
Aimee M. Schaffer, 40, of Orwigsburg; theft by deception and identity theft; Feb. 19, 2014; sentence – 9 to 23 months in jail and 10 years of probation, no contact with the victim and pay restitution.

Rory T. Bistarkey, 28, of 3701 Millers Run Road, McDonald; forgery; charged Jan. 10, 2014; sentence – 3 to 23 months in jail and pay restitution.
Ronald Cooper, 53, of 136 Church St., Washington; possession of heroin with intent to deliver and conspiracy; charged Aug. 2, 2011; sentence – 23 months of intermediate punishment program.
Michael R. Jordan, 26, of Mount Braddock; two counts of retail theft; charged May 16 and 19; sentence – 24 months of probation and $500 in restitution to Walmart and $100 in restitution to CVS.
George A. Linneman, 44, of 717 McKean Ave., Charleroi; criminal trespass; charged June 26; sentence – 18 to 36 months in prison.
Justin M. Brown, 26, of 34 Francis Road, Burgettstown; attempted theft; charged March 12, 2011; sentence – 1 to 12 months in jail and no contact with the victims.
David A. Rice, 50, of 34 Bowman St., Charleroi; theft and access device fraud; charged April 29; sentence – 12 months of probation, no contact with the victim and pay restitution.
Louis J. Spadaro, 38, of 640 Allison Hollow Road, Washington; unsworn falsification; charged Oct. 4, 2013; sentence – 2 years of probation, 5 hours of community service and prohibited from possessing a firearm during the duration of his sentence.
Tyler J. Winstone, 21, of 412 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi; tampering with evidence; charged March 16, 2014; sentence – 1 year of probation and no contact with co-defendants.
William N. Snavely, 39, of 935 W. Chestnut St., Washington; possession with intent to deliver marijuana; charged April 22, 2013; sentence – 23 months of intermediate punishment program, 100 hours of community service and restitution.
Patrick L. Hufnagel Jr., 24, of 346 Sugar Run Road, Eighty Four; possession with intent to deliver oxycodone; charged Feb. 2, 2011; sentence – 23 months of intermediate punishment program.
Several people were admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program. If they successfully complete the program, they can petition the court to have their records expunged. Admitted were:
Johnny R. Speerbreacher, 33, of 1079 Marelda Ave., Donora, was admitted for 12 months for receiving stolen property and conspiracy receiving stolen property; charged March 24.
Billie Jo Ashbaugh, 25, of 410 Washington Ave., Charleroi, was admitted for 6 months for simple assault; charged May 6.
Joelle N. Hepple, 32, of 201 McKean Ave., Donora, was admitted for 6 months for receiving stolen property; charged June 15, 2013.
Tyler J. Demianczyk, 24, of 93 Hornhead Road, McDonald, was admitted for 18 months for theft; charged July 21.
Nichole L. Franklin, 41, of Pittsburgh, was admitted for 24 months for simple assault; charged Aug. 6, 2013.
Andrew T. Varlas, 25, of Wheeling, W.Va., was admitted for 12 months for DUI; charged Aug. 24.
Ryan L. Gaugh, 30, of Cowden, Ill., was admitted for 12 months for DUI; charged July 6.
Dillon G. Hankins, 26, of 23 Hoon St., Monongahela, was admitted for 12 months for DUI; charged Sept. 6.
Chad W. Krueger, 36, of 2014 Scotia Hollow Road South, Finleyville, was admitted for 12 months for DUI; charged Aug. 19.
Stephanie B. Skinner-Hinton, 41, of 317 Muse-Bishop Road, Canonsburg, was admitted for 12 months for DUI; charged June 15.
Christopher A. Dalessandri, 22, of Pittsburgh, was admitted for 12 months for DUI; charged July 16.
Daniel M. Conway, 43, of 7 Parkvue Drive, Finleyville, was admitted for 12 months for DUI; charged Sept. 4.
