Vandalism: Police are looking for the people responsible for damaging windows at the former SCI-Waynesburg. Basalt Trap Rock, Stevensville, Md., reported the incident occurred sometime between noon July 1 and noon March 17.
Theft: Mid-Ohio Construction had two welding machines stolen from its construction site along Lippincott Road, near Happy Valley Road, between 5 p.m. March 16 and 7 a.m. March 17.
Theft: Concord Construction of Morgantown, W.Va., had 70 feet of copper wire cut and stolen from a water pump at its construction site on Jefferson Road. The theft occurred between 7 p.m. March 13 and 10 a.m. March 16.
