Bicycle stolen: Paul Bartoletti of Burgettstown told McDonald police Thursday night his purple Schwinn Grillis bicycle was stolen from Burgettstown Community Park. Police learned another person may have ridden it to the Panhandle Trail. Police are investigating.

Vehicle vandalized: Courtney Blane of Burgettstown told McDonald police Wednesday the windshield of her vehicle was cracked and front passenger window shattered while parked Wednesday at Cowboy’s Bar and Grill, 1607 Main St., Burgettstown.

Cellphone stolen: A cellphone owned by Kevin Daugherty of Claysville was stolen Thursday while he was at 210 Seik Road, Chartiers police said.

Drug charges: Chad Owen Phillips, 39, of 223 Fourth St., McDonald, will be charged by McDonald police with possession of heroin and paraphernalia after officers were called to his home Monday when he apparently overdosed on the drug. Police found suspected heroin and paraphernalia near where Phillips was found unconscious. He was taken to Canonsburg Hospital for treatment. Charges will be sent by summons from the office of Senior District Judge Jay Dutton.

Package stolen: Jami Yanosko, of 129 N. McDonald St., told McDonald police Tuesday a package delivered by mail to her home was opened and some of the items were stolen. The value of the stolen items is $135.

Disorderly charges: Brian J. Godwin, 31, of 206 Miller St., McDonald, and Adam Chytil, 31, of 21 Zaccaro Lane, Cecil, will be charged with disorderly conduct stemming from a confrontation Wednesday night at Michael’s Bar, 341 E. McDonald St., McDonald police said. The charges will be sent by summons from the office of Senior District Judge Jay Dutton.

DUI, assault charges: Jason Lee Cossu, 42, of 291 E. Prospect St., Washington, was charged Friday by North Strabane police with simple assault and driving under the influence of alcohol stemming from an incident Tuesday afternoon with an off-duty trooper. Cossu accused the trooper of cutting him off on Racetrack Road. He reportedly got out of his vehicle, started yelling and reportedly took a swing at the trooper. The trooper told township police Cossu was driving erratically on Interstate 79. The charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Jay Weller.

Two charged: Nakisha Jane Marshall, 25, of 510 Allison Ave., Washington, and Ian A. McCue, 25, of 751 Cleveland Road, North Franklin Township, were charged Friday by Washington police with receiving stolen property. The two are accused of having a tree stand reported stolen last week from outside a house in the 100 block of Hall Avenue. The charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Robert Redlinger.ˆ
