Work on wrong-way ramp safety improvements will begin Wednesday in Allegheny County on the Parkway West (Interstate 376), Interstate 79 between the Washington and Butler County lines and on Route 22 from the West Virginia state line to the parkway in Robinson Township.

These improvements aim to reduce wrong-way crashes on limited access highway ramps by installing new and additional signs, high visibility pavement markers and reflective delineators.

Shoulder restrictions will occur as needed weekdays between 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. All ramps will remain open during improvements.

Work is set to be completed by July.
