The following people appeared recently for sentencing in Washington County Court.

Appearing before Judge John DiSalle were:

Sarah R. Chirico, 29, 710 Western Ave., Beaver; possession of instruments of crime and retail theft; charged Oct. 7, 2013; sentence – 2 years of probation, continue mental health treatment and banned from Lowe’s stores.

Andrew T. Stein, 24, 550 Hunter Lane, Washington; receiving stolen property and two counts of theft by unlawful taking; charged May 13; sentence – 23 months of Restrictive Treatment program with first 90 days on electronic home monitoring, 100 hours of community service, restitution and no contact with victim.

Nicole L. Pelzer, 31, 615 Meadow Ave., Charleroi; theft and criminal conspiracy; charged Oct. 28, 2013; sentence – 23 months of Restrictive Treatment program with first 90 days on electronic home monitoring, 100 hours of community service and no contact with victim.

Amber J. Owen, 31, 601 1/2 Rear Meadow Ave., Charleroi; theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property; charged June 26; sentence – 18 months of probation and restitution.

Danielle R. Melanson, 20, 102 W. College St., Canonsburg; theft by deception and conspiracy to commit theft by deception; charged July 10; sentence – 24 months of probation, restitution and retail theft classes.

Brian P. Slebonick, 31, 87 Wilson Ave., Cecil; two counts of burglary; charged June 21; sentence – 23 months of Intermediate Punishment program with first 6 months on electronic home monitoring, 2 years of probation, 100 hours of community service and restitution.

David J. Alexander, 25, 4 Jefferson Ave., Charleroi; theft by deception and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Jan. 16, 2014; sentence – 23 months of probation, restitution and banned from Walmart.

Herbert L. Bell, 32, Hopewell Junction, N.Y.; theft by deception; charged Feb. 5, 2012; sentence – 7 years of Intermediate Punishment program with first 6 months in jail and second 6 months on electronic home monitoring, restitution and no contact with victim or co-defendant.

Shanea M. Messinger, 31, 1910 Meadow St., McKeesport; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged July 21; sentence – 30 days to 12 months in jail with credit for time served and 12 months of probation.

Dathan Daniels, 26, 1025 S. Sunset Beach Road, Claysville; possession with intent to deliver and conspiracy to commit possession with intent to deliver; charged Sept. 17, 2013; sentence – 3 to 23 months in jail.

Robert B. McCartney, 40, 665 Fayette St., Washington; possession with intent to deliver; charged March 20, 2012; sentence – 9 to 23 months in jail.

Christopher R. Bushaw, 38, 219 Broad St., Butler; third offense of driving under the influence; charged Jan. 14, 2014; sentence – 10 days to 23 months in jail, $500 fine and restitution.

Numerous people appeared on first offenses of driving under the influence and were admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program. If they successfully complete the program, they can petition the court to have their records expunged. Admitted were:

Ashlee K. Smith, 31, 107 Maple Terrace View, Washington; Jerrod M. Kovach, 30, 608 Van Buren Ave., West Brownsville; Kimberly R. Matich, 23, 21 Franklin St., Cokeburg; Michael R. Stevulak, 32, 7 Spruce Alley, Monongahela; Joseph S. Bellaire, 51, 320 E. Lincoln Ave., McDonald; Kenneth W. Pattison III, 20, 1880 E. Maiden St., Washington; Joshua A. Pachis, 23, 517 Ash St., Canonsburg; James M. Cicchini, 46, 1633 Williamsburg Circle, Pittsburgh.

Appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:

William J. Wilson, 29, 244 Vesta Lane, Richeyville; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged May 8; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Tyler Hall, 19, 470 Seventh St., Donora; possession of a controlled substance; charged Dec. 4; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Ryan P. Micholoff, 24, 87 Broad St., Marianna; first offense of driving under the influence; charged Aug. 20; sentence – 6 months of Intermediate Punishment program with first 20 days on electronic home monitoring, $500 fine and 1-year license suspension.

Jeremy Zollars, 34, 207 S. Main St., Washington; second offense of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged April 5; sentence – 6 to 23 months in jail with credit for time served, 12 months of probation, $1,700 fine, alcohol highway safety school, 18-month license suspension and 12-month Interlock ignition device.

Corey W. Dorsey, 28, 225 Hayes Ave., Washington; first offense of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license, operating a vehicle without valid inspection and false identification to law enforcement; charged July 10; sentence – 12 months of probation, $525 fine and 1-year license suspension.

Appearing before Judge Valarie Costanzo were:

Mark A. Drilak, 35, 58B Digger Lane, Eighty Four; second offense of driving under the influence; charged Sept. 7; sentence – 10 days to 6 months in jail, $300 fine and 1-year license suspension.

Edward C. Jones, 59, 413 Blue Jay Drive, Canonsburg; first offense of driving under the influence; charged July 24; sentence – 6 months of Intermediate Punishment program with first 10 days of electronic home monitoring, $1,000 fine and 1-year license suspension.

Allen R. Nemetz, 34, 1424 Wade St., Aliquippa; first offense of driving under the influence; charged Sept. 6; sentence – 18 months of Intermediate Punishment program with first 30 days on SCRAM device and first 60 days on electronic home monitoring, $750 fine and 1-year license suspension.

Joshua T. Nixon, 29, 68 Southern Ave., Pittsburgh; second offense of driving under the influence; charged Sept. 11; sentence – 18 months of Intermediate Punishment program with first 3 months on SCRAM device and first 6 months on electronic home monitoring, 18-month license suspension and 12-month Interlock ignition device.

Several people were admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program for first offenders. If they successfully complete the program, they can petition the court to have their record expunged.

Brandon J. Templeton, 28, 1058 N. Main St., Washington, was admitted for 12 months for criminal mischief and disorderly conduct; charged Aug. 31.

Joshua Kalcevic, 39, 720 Hamilton Ave., Belle Vernon, was admitted for 9 months for retail theft, conspiracy to commit retail theft, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia ; charged Nov. 27.

Steven Zuzak, 35, 325 Second St., California, was admitted for 12 months for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia ; charged Aug. 15.

Mykhael T. Kelley, 21, 140 W. Wylie Ave., Washington, was admitted for 12 months for harassment; charged June 17.

Christopher P. Ashlock, 29, Muscle Shoals, Ala., was admitted for 12 months for disorderly conduct; charged March 15, 2014.

James D. Rock, 58, 84 W. Wheeling St., Washington, was admitted for 12 months for disorderly conduct; charged Aug. 27.

Melissa A. Dudeck, 29, 84 Castner Ave., Donora, was admitted for 12 months for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Aug. 7.

Brittany A. Taylor, 24, 785 E. Main St., Monongahela, was admitted for 12 months for simple assault, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct; charged July 29.
