The Pennsylvania Resources Council will host a “hard to recycle” collection from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at the Washington Mall parking lot to enable individuals to drop off computers, cell phones, CFLs, microwave ovens and polystyrene packaging material at no cost.

While most items, including computers, CFLs and expanded polystyrene packaging material, will be collected free of charge, there is a nominal fee to drop off alkaline batteries, tires, small Freon appliances, fluorescent tubes and small kitchen appliances.
