WAYNESBURG – Several criminal defendants were entered into the accelerated rehabilitative disposition program Monday by Greene County President Judge Farley Toothman.

Those accepted into the program must serve at least one year probation and pay all fines and costs. Defendants charged with driving under the influence of alcohol also may have their driving privileges suspended and be required to refrain from the use or possession of alcohol.

Those who successfully complete the program can petition the court to have their criminal records expunged.

Ethan Cord Yoss, 25, of 476 Mount Carmel Ridge Road, Aleppo, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and a summary traffic violation; arrested Nov. 30, after his vehicle became stuck on a guardrail on Route 18 in Center Township. Yoss had a blood-alcohol content of 0.162 percent, police said.

Mitzi Jo Doman, 51, of 118 Glen Abby Avenue, Morgantown, W.Va., charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia; arrested Aug. 26, 2011. Doman was in possession of a small amount of cocaine, a pipe and spoon with residue; a blood test indicated she was under the influence of cocaine.

Jamie Dawn Teagarden, 21, of 456 Woodies Road, Waynesburg, charged with DUI and a summary violation; arrested Nov. 22. Teagarden had a BAC of 0.198 percent.

Theresa Michelle Dollard, 58, of 125 Easy St., Waynesburg, charged with theft and receiving stolen property; while an employee at Sheetz in Franklin Township between Jan. 20 and March 19, 2013, Dollard stole $10,937 by making numerous fraudulent lottery payouts and fraudulent refunds for items not purchased.

Ryan Samuel MacFann, 22, of 597 Barr Run Road, Marianna, charged with DUI and a summary traffic violation; arrested Oct. 4, after his vehicle struck a parked trailer in Clarksville. MacFann had a BAC of 0.157 percent.

Tara Elizabeth Coker, 34, of 617 Mountain View Gardens, Waynesburg, charged with three counts each of theft and possession of a controlled substance. Between Aug. 11 and 18, while a pharmacy technician at Walmart in Franklin Township, Coker stole 300 hydrocodone tablets.

Thomas Charles Burroughs III, 25, of 240 S. Cumberland St., Waynesburg, charged with two counts each theft from a motor vehicle and conspiracy; on Oct. 20, Burroughs and another man stole loose change and an iPod from two vehicles in Waynesburg.

Chelsey Kay Stockdale, 21, of Route 21 Mobile Home Park, Carmichaels, charged with DUI and a summary traffic violation; arrested Nov. 10. Stockdale had a BAC of 0.225 percent.
