The following people appeared recently for sentencing in Washington County Court.

Appearing before Judge John DiSalle:

David Jennion, 51, 644 5th St., Donora; possession with intent to deliver; charged Feb. 18, 2014; sentence – 23 months of Intermediate Punishment Program with first 6 months of electronic home monitoring.

Donald Mitchell, 34, 604 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi; investigation by police officers and driving with a suspended license; Aug. 10; sentence – 90 days in jail and $525 fine.

Makayla N. Miller, 25, 464 Lone Pine Road, Washington; two counts of endangering the welfare of children and possession of a controlled substance; charged Sept. 4; sentence – 23 of Intermediate Punishment program with the first 3 months electronically home monitoring and balance on high-impact supervision, 12 months of probation and restitution.

Appearing before Judge Gary Gilman:

Daryl W. Demchak, 47, 142 Wisebecker Lane, Monongahela; possession with intent to deliver; charged June 17; sentence – 1 year less 1 day to 2 years less 2 days in jail.

Matthew J. Price, 22, 201 Dubrovich St., Belle Vernon; fleeing and reckless driving; charged April 27; sentence – 1 month to 23 months in jail with credit for time served and $200 fine.

Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court for first offenses of driving under the influence and were admitted to the American Rehabilitation Disposition program. If they successfully complete the program, they can petition the court to have their records expunged. Admitted were:
