Putnam defeats incumbent for Washington mayor

Scott Putnam defeated incumbent Brenda Davis in the Democratic nomination for Washington mayor Tuesday.

Putnam received 568 votes and Davis received 444 votes. The two could still face off in the general election if Davis gets the republican write-in.
