Fort Pitt Tunnel work planned

There will be overnight, single-lane closures in the outbound Fort Pitt Tunnels on the Parkway West (Interstate 376) in Pittsburgh Tuesday through Friday nights next week.

The restrictions will occur from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. There will be no restrictions on the inbound side.

Crews from Mosites Construction will be doing ceiling removal work, concrete repairs, electrical work and standpipe installation as part of the $14.7 million project.
