The following people appeared recently for sentencing in Washington County Court.

Appearing before Judge Valarie S. Costanzo were:

John O. Lewis, 40, 3626 Washington Ave., Finleyville; indecent exposure, recklessly endangering another person, two counts of criminal mischief, damage to property, careless driving and damage to property by a motor vehicle; charged Oct. 10; sentence – 1 to 23 months in jail with credit for time served, 1 year of probation, $725.00 fine and restitution.

Terri L. Black, 49, 103 C East George St., Carmichaels; possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Jan. 4; sentence – 24 months of probation and license suspension.

Appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:

Steven A. Wallace, 30, 275 Vine St., Canonsburg; possession with intent to deliver, retail theft ; charged March 3 2012; sentence – 18 months of probation.

Dillon L. Britt, 22, 350 Barnickel St., Meadow Lands; possession with intent to deliver; charged Oct. 22; sentence – 3 years of probation.

Zachary W. Eidens, 24, 1445 Weirich Ave., Washington; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Jan. 16; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Appearing before Judge John DiSalle were:

William D. Jackson, 29, 4113 Haddon Place, Wexford; first offense of driving under the influence; charged April 29, 2013; sentence – 12 months of Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program.

Nicholas L. Pappas II, 30, 549 Conrad Ave., North Charleroi; burglary and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Oct. 10; sentence – 9 to 23 months in jail with credit for 10 days served, 12 months of probation, 50 hours of community service, restitution and no contact with victim.

Jahmaul Hines, 27, 555 ½ Donnan Ave., Washington; two counts of possession with intent to deliver; charged April 19, 2012; sentence – 9 to 23 months in jail with credit for time served.

Rebecca A. Hill, 35, 670 Pike Run Road, Daisytown; theft by unlawful taking; charged April 12, 2014; sentence – 2 years of probation, restitution and no contact with victim.

April Wright, 35, 17 Fifth St., Vestaburg; simple assault; charged July 15; sentence – 12 months of probation, anger management counseling and no contact with victim.

Jason T. Workman, 27, 57 Vesta Road, Brownsville; simple assault; charged July 24; sentence – 18 months of Intermediate Punishment program with first 2 months on electronic home monitoring, anger management and domestic violence counseling and no contact with victim except for custody arrangements.

Bradley M. Lee, 22, 7 Rabe Ave., Monongahela; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged July 30; sentence – 12 months of Probation Without Verdict program and 100 hours of community service.

Drew T. Seaman, 26, 260 E. Pike St., Houston; defiant trespass; charged March 18, 2014; sentence – 12 months of probation, anger management and domestic violence counseling and no contact with victim.

Wesley C. Allamon, 37, Mt. Pleasant; driving with a suspended license and disorderly conduct; charged Sept. 17; sentence – 90 days in jail and $200 fine.

Mark E. Wade, 53, 313 Market St., Fayette City; retail theft; charged April 17, 2014; sentence – 12 months of probation, retail theft classes, restitution, no contact with co-defendant and banned from Walmart.

Brett Goodwin, 28, 1327 Little Daniels Run, Scenery Hill; defiant trespass, prohibited possession and terroristic threats; charged Feb. 7; sentence – 3 to 12 months in jail with credit for time served, 2 years of probation, 50 hours of community service, no contact with victim except for purpose of custody, anger management classes, drug and alcohol evaluation and domestic violence counseling.

Tamara Morant, 32, 7711 Cannon St., Pittsburgh; theft by unlawful taking; charged April 16, 2014; sentence – 12 months of probation and restitution.

Kenneth Higginbotham, 49, 490 Allison Ave., Washington; retail theft; charged Aug. 27; sentence – 23 months of Intermediate Punishment program with first 60 days on electronic home monitoring, restitution, 50 hours of community service and retail theft classes.

Damien L. Williams, 49, 544 Weddell Drive, Belle Vernon; harassment; charged Aug. 25; sentence – $300 fine, restitution, no contact with victims and anger management classes.

Anthonee Jones, 19, 1054 3rd Ave., Brackenridge; disorderly conduct; charged Feb. 2; sentence – $300 fine.

Michael Roznac, 30, 11 E. McNutt St., Houston; theft by unlawful taking; charged May 22, 2014; sentence – 3 years of probation, restitution, 100 hours of community service and no contact with victims.

Michelle Young, 47, 2526 Wenzel Drive, Pittsburgh; second offense of driving under the influence; charged Oct. 15; sentence – 23 months of Intermediate Punishment program with first 6 months on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month license suspension, 12 months of ignition interlock, alcohol highway safety school.
