Disorderly conduct: Marcie Jurik, 29, of Monessen, was charged with disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and flight to avoid apprehension after Cumberland police said she threatened staff at Sheetz on Route 88 and fought with a man in the parking lot early Thursday. Police said Jurik then ran into the woods, where she was arrested.
Drug charges: Jonathan G. Snyder, 30, of 312 Tollgate Run Road, Waynesburg, and Shawnna L. Varner, 28, of 195 Maple St., Carmichaels, face drug charges after a traffic stop Oct. 30 in Franklin Township. State police said they found 27 stamp bags of heroin in the car Snyder and Varner were in after the traffic stop in the 100 block of Tollgate Run Road. Both were charged with possession with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Varner was also charged with giving police a false identity. Both are being held at the Greene County jail on $15,000 bond.
Disorderly conduct: Timothy A. Temple, 27, of 120 Parkview Knoll, Carmichaels, and Harry L. Moore, 36, of 104 Third St., Waynesburg, were each cited for disorderly conduct after they fought each other Oct. 27 near Moore’s Franklin Township home, state police said.
Man punched in jail: State police cited Jay R. Bergman, 25, with harassment after troopers said he punched a man in the face while lodged in the Greene County jail Oct. 29 and wrestled him to the ground.
Access device fraud: Lawrence K. Dunmire, 19, of 204 Donham Road, Greensboro, was charged with access device fraud and theft after state police said he used a woman’s credit card to make $1,371 in purchases around Greene County between Sept. 18 and Oct. 20
Two cited in fight: State police charged Scott A. Rolf, 44, of Clarksville, with simple assault and harassment after he allegedly punched Lisa Ann Martin, 32, of 54 Teagarden Homes, Clarksville, in the face repeatedly Oct. 31 while at 159 Pine St. in Jefferson Borough. Police cited Martin for harassment for allegedly jumping on Rolf and ripping his shirt during the incident.
