Interstate 70 west in the area of the Kammerer exit reopened about 4 p.m. Tuesday after a six-vehicle crash earlier in the afternoon. State police said four people were taken to area hospitals with minor injuries. A car traveling in the left lane became disabled and a vehicle behind it stopped, police said, setting off a chain-reaction crash that also involved a state Department of Transportation pickup truck. The road was closed for about two hours.
