Observer-Reporter phone outage planned

The Observer-Reporter phone system will be upgraded early Friday, resulting in a temporary outage. Beginning at 1 a.m. Friday, and lasting for at least one hour, the telephone system in the O-R’s Washington and Greene County offices as well as that of The Almanac will be down and callers will be unable to leave a message for the staff.
