The following people appeared recently for sentencing in Washington County Court. Appearing before Judge John Disalle were:

John L. Kosek Jr., 47, 123 E. College St., Canonsburg; simple assault; charged March 9, 2014; sentence – three months in jail, 23 months in intermediate punishment program and six months on electronic home monitoring.

Warren Sadler, 51, 339 Locust Ave., Washington; manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver and possession of a controlled substance; charged Oct. 1, 2013; sentence – five years of probation.

Amber R. Martos, 25, 103 Locust St., Bentleyville; driving under the influence; charged July 16; sentence – 90 days in jail, five years in intermediate punishment program, $1,500 fine and 18-month license suspension.

Bobby Kirkland Jr., 23, 840 Island Ave., McKees Rocks; defiant trespass and disorderly conduct; charged March 25; sentence – 23 months of probation and banned from Highland Terrace.

Dennis Kinkela, 41, 270 Margaret St., Slovan; driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license; charged Feb. 7; sentence – five years in intermediate punishment program, 23 months in restrictive treatment program, 12 months of electronic home monitoring $3,000 fine, 18-month license suspension and 12-month ignition interlock.

Among those appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:

Ronald L. Rush, 34, 285 Ridge Road, Avella; criminal mischief and unauthorized use of automobiles and other vehicles; charged Aug. 18, 2013; sentence – two years of probation, 100 hours of community service and restitution.

Joshua Levers, 32, 104 Warrant St., Bentleyville; possession of drug paraphernalia, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and criminal trespass; charged May 28; sentence – 18 months of probation and no contact with victim.

Edward J. Campion Jr., 42, 405 Crest Ave., Charleroi; possession of child pornography and criminal use of a communications facility; charged Feb. 10, 2014; sentence – 126 to 252 months in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring and nine months of probation.

India T. McCullough, 24, 1111 Bruce St., Washington; conspiracy and possession with intent to deliver; charged Dec. 17; sentence – 18 months of probation.

Natalie M. McCartney, 41, 163 McCracken Hill Road, Burgettstown; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged April 4; sentence – 12 months of probation and 25 hours of community service.

Perry G. Fennell Jr., 34, 1748 Wyoming Ave., East Liverpool, Ohio; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged May 15; sentence – 23 months of probation and 50 hours of community service.

Linwood Eley II, 22, 105 Fox Run Drive, Venetia; simple assault; charged Nov. 11; sentence – 23 months in intermediate punishment program and six months of electronic home monitoring.

Talley Corey, 38, 984 Jefferson Ave., Washington; retail theft; charged June 3; sentence – 18 months of probation, restitution and no contact with Giant Eagle.

Dana Anderson, 28, 1114 Faulkner St., Pittsburgh; possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and false identification to law enforcement; charged Oct. 19, 2013; sentence – three years of probation.
