WAYNESBURG – A number of criminal defendants pleaded guilty Tuesday before Greene County President Judge Farley Toothman.

Dustin Franklin Virgili, 26, of 51 Short St., Mather; offenses – two cases: burglary, criminal trespass, criminal mischief, two counts of theft; on May 23, Virgili stole a chain saw from a garage in Mather; on July 12, he stole an ATV from a house on Pollocks Mill Road, Morgan Township; sentence – to be sentenced following preparation of a pre-sentence report.

Phillip Henry Stanger, 29, of 36 Teagarden Homes, Clarksville; offenses – four cases: burglary, escape, access device fraud, conspiracy, criminal trespass, two counts of theft, three counts of receiving stolen property; on April 12, Stanger and his girlfriend used a stolen ATM card to purchase a $200 gift card; on June 11, he was found in possession of a container of change stolen from a house in Teagarden Homes; on June 23, he fled from police attempting to arrest him on a warrant; on June 24, he stole a pistol, ammunition and $250 from a house in Teagarden Homes and was in possession of a television and DVD player stolen from another house; sentence – 1 to 5 years in prison, eligible for the state’s Recidivism Risk Reduction Incentive Program, which could reduce his minimum to 9 months, restitution, $750 in fines.

Jonathan Glenn Snyder, 30, of 260 W. High St., Waynesburg; offense – false identification to police, false reports, three summary traffic violations; stopped for a traffic violation April 27, Snyder identified himself by his brother’s name; sentence – 15 days to 1 year in jail $750 fine, 175 hours of community service.

Christopher Joseph McGee, 46, of 1131 Arkansas Ave., Pittsburgh; offenses – possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, conspiracy to possess with intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance; on Sept. 12, 2014, state police found McGee working at a farm on Pyle Road in Morgan Township at which 92 marijuana plants were being grown; sentence – 3 years in the county intermediate punishment program, with the first nine months in house arrest with a GPS and alcohol monitoring bracelet; $500 in fines.

Joshua Andrew Bedillion, 29, of 32 Reesman’s Trailer Court, Waynesburg; offenses – pleaded no contest to simple assault, harassment; on Aug. 21, 2014, Bedillion assaulted a woman at his home; sentence – 10 days to 6 months in jail, $400 fine.

Patrick J. Adler, 29, of Carmichaels; offenses – delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia; on Jan. 18, 2014, Adler sold three bags of heroin to a confidential informant working with state police; sentence – following the preparation of a pre-sentence report.

Edward Clarence Schrader Jr., 44, of 311 Parkview Knoll, Carmichaels, offenses – theft, receiving stolen property; on June 21, he and Lisa Marie Hughes stole the tailgate from a pickup on Route 88 in Cumberland Township; sentence – 1 to 3 years in prison, $750 fine.

Lisa Marie Hughes, 34, of 311 Parkview Knoll, Carmichaels; offenses – theft, receiving stolen property; on June 21, she and Edward Schrader Jr. stole the tailgate from a pickup truck on Route 88 in Cumberland Township; sentence – 3 years of probation, $750 fine, 225 hours of community service.
