Dump truck hits, kills horses after they escaped farm
PLUMSTEADVILLE (AP) – Authorities say a crash involving a dump truck in eastern Pennsylvania has left a pair of horses dead and the driver injured.
WCAU-TV reports it happened in Plumsteadville around 3 a.m. Monday.
Investigators say the horses were hit by the dump truck after they escaped from a nearby Bucks County farm.
The driver was taken to a hospital. His condition isn’t known.
