Single-lane restrictions will be in place on the Liberty Bridge in Pittsburgh through Oct. 31 for survey work and platform installation.

Restrictions will be in place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday through Friday; 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.., Monday through Thursday nights; from 8 p.m. Friday to noon Saturday; from 6 p.m. Saturday to noon Sunday and from 6 p.m. Sunday to 5 a.m. Monday.
