State Rep. Jason Ortitay, R-South Fayette Township, is holding a free breakfast for veterans from 10 a.m. to noon Oct. 23 at Fort Cherry Golf Club, McDonald.

Guest speaker will be retired Brig. Gen. Jerry G. Beck Jr., state Deputy Adjutant for Veterans Affairs.
