Boroughs association to meet

Tri County Boroughs Association will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday at Riverside Place, 303 Chamber Plaza, Charleroi. The meal will be served promptly at 7 p.m. and the business meeting will follow. Guest speaker will be Susan G. Hockenberry, executive director of the Local Government Academy.
