Windshield damaged: Bernard Chappo of 113 Richland Ave. told Canonsburg police Wednesday the windshield of his vehicle was damaged.
Drug charges: Khieson Londel Johnson, 37, of 541 Berthel Ave., Canton, was arraigned Thursday before District Judge David Mark on charges of possession and manufacture of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia after state police said they found that he had five marijuana plants growing in a greenhouse behind his residence last month. Police said they also found paraphernalia at the residence. He was released on his own recognizance.
Home invasion: Houston police are investigating a home invasion reported about 11:30 p.m. Wednesday at 202 E. Pike St. Two men reportedly forced their way into the residence, pulled a weapon on a woman and assaulted a man.
Warrant arrest: Keith Allan Chappell, 51, of 343 Valley St., McDonald, was taken into custody last week on a bench warrant after he was spotted outside his home by borough police.
Man arraigned: Jeffrey W. Nadiak, 27, of Pittsburgh, was arraigned Thursday before District Judge Robert Redlinger on charges of retail theft and possession of paraphernalia for allegedly stealing items from Macy’s, Washington Crown Center, Dec. 7, 2012. He was released on his own recognizance.
Drug charges: Shawn M. McMasters, 21, of 512 E. Chestnut St., Washington, was charged Thursday by Washington police with possession and possession with intent to deliver marijuana and possession of paraphernalia after police said they found the suspected drug while serving a bench warrant at the address Friday. The charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Robert Redlinger.
Copper stolen: Traci Barton of Canonsburg told Washington police Wednesday copper pipe was stolen from a house in the 500 block of Duncan Avenue. Ceiling tiles and light fixtures also were damaged.
Window damaged: John Plants of 500 Broad St. told Washington police Wednesday a window on his recreational vehicle was damaged.
Vehicles damaged: Shajountre Avery and Jason Thompson told Washington police Wednesday their respective vehicles were damaged while parked outside 745 Shirls Ave.
