PFA violation alleged: Robert C. Tarr, 44, of Bentleyville, was arraigned Monday before District Judge David Mark for allegedly violating a protection-from-abuse order Saturday. He is accused of entering a home on Bentram Avenue and pushing his estranged wife, Deena Tarr, onto a couch. He was placed in Washington County jail on $5,000 bond.

Threats, resisting charges: Peni Batisaresare, 25, of 703 Park St., California, was arrested early Saturday by California police for allegedly creating a disturbance outside his home after officers gave him a ride home following an incident at a bar in the borough. He was arraigned before District Judge David Mark on charges of public drunkenness, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and terroristic threats. He was released from Washington County jail after posting $10,000 bond.

Two charged: Alysee Jatavia Graham, 20, of California, and Jacqulin A. Grahan, 19, of Camden, N.J., will be charged with disorderly conduct after the two reportedly caused a disturbance Oct. 5 at Vulcan Village.

Gun charge: Shane Andre Livingston, 25, of Belle Vernon, faces charges of providing false information after he attempted to buy a gun Oct. 7 from Pfrogner’s Firearms by presenting incorrect identification and information, police said.

Man assaulted: Corey Kunkle, 22, of Pittsburgh, told Canonsburg police he was assaulted by a man wearing dark clothing as he walked on Blaine Avenue early Sunday. Kunkle was taken to Canonsburg Hospital for treatment.

Warrant arrest: Jennifer E. Chisler, 23, of 720 Old National Pike, Claysville, was in Allegheny County jail Monday on $15,000 bond after she was picked up on a warrant obtained by state police from District Judge David Mark stemming from a July 3 traffic stop at the intersection of South Hewitt and Henderson avenues, Canton. She is charged with possession of paraphernalia and marijuana, as well as traffic violations.

Assault arrest: William E. Randall, 27, of 7 Walnut St., Muse, was arrested Sunday by Cecil police on charges of simple assault and harassment after he allegedly assaulted Erika Jenkins in the lot of a bar at 274 Muse-Bishop Road. He was arraigned before District Judge David Mark and placed in Washington County jail on $5,000 bond.

Fuel siphoned: Jeffrey Patts of 11 Walnut Street, Muse, told police Oct. 11 32 gallons were siphoned from two vehicles and a generator at his residence.

Faces charges: Michael Policz, 26, of Rices Landing, faces charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to stay in his lane after crashing into 20 feet of guardrail on Route 88, North Bethlehem, early Sunday, state police said. He was taken to Monongahela Valley Hospital, where blood was drawn.

Harassment charge: Ashley Jo Kletch, 35, of 135 Bellvue Ave., North Franklin, was charged by North Franklin police with harassment and disorderly conduct after she allegedly struck Ken Whitaker, 45, of Washington, in the head and neck during an Oct. 5 incident at her home.

Fugitive caught: Damean R. Polzin, 33, of 134 1/2 North Ave., Washington, was taken into custody early Sunday morning by North Strabane police after it was determined he was wanted on a felony drunken driving warrant in Alaska. Authorities in that state confirmed to police they would extradite him. Police said they took him into custody after receiving a complaint he was intoxicated at The Meadows Casino. He was arraigned before District Judge David Mark and placed in Washington County jail without bond.

Three-vehicle accident: A car driven by Marian Tintelnot, 79, of Madison Avenue, Pittsburgh, was northbound on Washington Road Sunday when it struck the rear of a vehicle driven by Denise Hull, 56, of Aylesworth Avenue, Washington, who was stopped at the light at the Valley Brook Road intersection. The impact of the crash pushed Hull’s car into the rear of a vehicle driven by Carolyn Opferman, 20, of Vermont Avenue, West Mifflin, who also was stopped at the light. No one was injured, but Hull’s vehicle had to be towed.

Charged in crash: Nicole Marie Mathias, 23, of Wilmerding, was charged by McDonald police in connection with a crash Saturday night in the 8100 block of Noblestown Road, Robinson. Police said she was checking her global-position system when she went through a stop sign, striking a boulder and the bumper of a truck. Police said her blood-alcohol content was more than double the 0.08 percent limit at which intoxication is presumed. She is charged with DUI, accidents involving damage to unattended property and failure to stop at a stop sign.

Metal theft alleged: Jeffrey W. Conklin, 32, of 122 Church St., Washington, was arraigned over the weekend before District Judge David Mark on charges of conspiracy and receiving stolen property filed by Washington police for his alleged role in the theft of scrap metal from Allegheny Ludlum, 15 Woodland Ave. He was placed in Washington County jail on $50,000 bond.

Boy injured: A 13-year-old Washington boy told Washington police Sunday he was hit in the head by a pellet fired from a pellet gun as he rode his bicycle in the area of North Lincoln and Spruce streets Sunday. He was taken to Washington Hospital for treatment.

Purse stolen: Elle Bogden of Chartiers Township told Washington police Friday a thief broke a window on her vehicle while it was parked in the 400 block of Tyler Avenue and stole her purse containing her debit and credit cards and identification.

Faces charges: Valata Williams, 55, will be charged with possession of marijuana after Washington police said they found her with the suspected drugs after officers were called Friday to Circle K, 701 W. Chestnut St., because she allegedly was bothering customers.

Paint sprayed: Michele Jankowski of 150 May Ave. told Washington police Friday vandals sprayed paint on her garage.

Tires slashed: Jessica Gregg of Washington told Washington police Saturday three tires were slashed on her vehicle while it was parked in the lot at 222 Hall Ave.

Vehicles entered: Pat Jarvis of 750 Lockhart St. and Robert Magnone of 730 Lockhart told Washington police Saturday their vehicles were entered. Both reported MP3 players and arm bands stolen. Jarvis reported headphones stolen, while Magnone had ear buds stolen.

DUI alleged in crash: Melinda Headlee, 42, of 56 Beeson Ave., Marianna, will be charged with DUI after police said she crashed her vehicle into a utility pole early Saturday on Jefferson Avenue. Police said she suffered injuries to her face and hands but refused treatment. She was taken to Washington Hospital, where she refused to submit to a blood-alcohol test, police said.

Change stolen: Patrick Harris of Washington told Washington police Friday coins were stolen from the center console of his vehicle.

Bicycle stolen: Samuel Ray of 54 W. Walnut St. told Washington police Friday a mountain bicycle was stolen from outside his home.

Sidewalk painted: Sally McKahan of 175 Grove Ave reported vandals sprayed paint on the sidewalk outside her home Friday.
