Stalking charge: Timothy Mullins, 50, of Destin, Fla., was charged with stalking, disorderly conduct and harassment after a woman told Waynesburg police he was following her around the borough in his pickup truck Oct. 6. Police said Mullins was driving his truck at a slow speed following her for several minutes as she walked around the borough before officers stopped the truck.

Woman cited: Konswalia Tenney, 50, of 192 E. High St., Waynesburg, was cited for harassment after borough police said she punched a man in the face Oct. 5 inside her residence.
