Liquor violation: The operator of Allenport Marina, 1933 Main St., was cited by the state police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement for failing to maintain dispensing system records and using an exterior loudspeaker for violations from September 2014 to last month and July 31.
Resisting arrest charge: Mathis Garland Reddick, 21, of McKeesport, was charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct Thursday for allegedly becoming combative with California police while getting a parking ticket. Reddick was arraigned before District Judge Ethan Ward and is free on $25,000 bond. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Oct. 29.
Trio cited: William Matsko, 60, of California, Jordan Darryl McClung, 22, of Pittsburgh, and Colin Mauric Killins, 22, of West Mifflin, were cited Tuesday for disorderly conduct after the trio reportedly got into an argument at 234 Second St. in California, borough police said. Killins also was cited for harassment for allegedly pushing Matsko.
Car entered: Brandon Scott Vuksanovich, 29, of 549 Buena Vista St., Canton Township, reported to state police someone entered his vehicle Tuesday. Nothing was reported missing.
Burglary: Tonya Robson of Pershing Avenue, Houston, reported to Chartiers Township police Wednesday someone entered her home and stole her medication. Robson told police her front door has been broken and does not latch. Police are investigating.
Juvenile charged: A 15-year-old boy was charged with disorderly conduct for allegedly brandishing a BB gun. Washington police were called to the 700 block of Fayette Street Wednesday for reports of a boy carrying a gun. When police saw the boy, he allegedly threw the BB gun under a car. He was taken into custody and later released to a guardian.
Theft reported: Eileen Prevoznik of East Maiden Street reported to Washington police a charcoal grill was stolen from her back porch Wednesday.
Retail theft charge: Douglas Jack Stout, 22, of Chestnut Ridge, was charged with retail theft and disorderly conduct Wednesday after he allegedly stole food from Walmart, 134 Daniel Kendall Drive, West Brownsville, on two occasions, state police said. Stout was arraigned before District Judge Ethan Ward. He is free on $10,000 bond. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Nov. 4.
