WAYNESBURG – Nine defendants were entered into the accelerated rehabilitative disposition program Tuesday by Greene County President Judge Farley Toothman.

Those accepted into the program must serve at least one year probation and pay all fines and costs.

Charles Vance Viller, 59, of 969 Whites Ridge Road, Waynesburg, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and two summary violations; arrested May 22, Viller had a blood-alcohol content level of 0.087 percent, police said.

David William Sowden, 49, of 124 Shelby Lane Road, Dilliner, charged with DUI and four summary violations; arrested April 4, Sowden had a BAC of 0.289 percent.

Amanda Marie Caldwell, 25, of 115 Washington St., Jefferson, charged with DUI and eight summary violations; arrested April; 15, following a single-vehicle crash in Rices Landing, Caldwell had a BAC of 0.112 percent.

Linda Metz, 60, of 311 Grant St., Nemacolin, charges with DUI and a summary violation; arrested March 15, Metz had a BAC of 0.213 percent.

Charles Allen Roberts, 67, of 1839 Golden Oaks Road, New Freeport, charged with DUI and five summary violations; arrested Feb. 5, following a one-vehicle crash in Jackson Township, Roberts had a BAC of 0.164 percent.

Niko Henry James Ortiz, 25, of 36 Third St., Crucible, charged with DUI; arrested Feb. 3, following a single-vehicle crash in Cumberland Township, Ortiz had a BAC of 0.159 percent.

Destine C. Withrow, 19, of 54 W. Greene St., Waynesburg, charged with public drunkenness, three counts of theft from a motor vehicle, receiving stolen property; arrested March 25 on Bridge Street in Waynesburg, he was intoxicated and had stolen items from three vehicles.

Robert Clair Sink III, 23, 252 ½ Ridge St., Waynesburg, charged with DUI and four summary violations; arrested March 18, Sink had a BAC of 0.182 percent.

Joseph Antol, 51, of 1311 Cambria Ave., Connellsville, charged with DUI and a summary violation; arrested May 25, he had a BAC of 0.214 percent.
