Threats charges: Barry Lee Clouston, 57, of 484 Cross Creek Road, Avella, was charged Saturday with three counts each of terroristic threats and harassment after he allegedly threatened District Judge Gary Havelka, Frank Dellaria and a Napa Auto Parts employee Thursday after he was unable to make a purchase at the store at 1521 Main St., Burgettstown, McDonald police said. Clouston was arraigned before District Judge Ethan Ward and placed in the county jail on $50,000 bond. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for Nov. 10.

Assault case: Alexi Rochelle Scott, 28, of 325 Second St., California, was charged Saturday with three counts each of simple assault and harassment and one count each of criminal trespass and disorderly conduct after she allegedly broke into 144 Strawberry Way on Oct. 10 and attacked two women, California Borough police said. Scott was arraigned before District Judge Ethan Ward and placed in the county jail on $25,000 bond, A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for Oct. 30.

Utility vehicle stolen: A green Pug F-570 sport utility vehicle valued at $2,400 was reported missing Saturday from the Behling Horse Farm, 961 Mayview Road, Cecil Township police said.

Heroin charges: Justin Ciletti, 34, of 464 Eighth St., Donora, was charged Saturday with possession of heroin, manufacturing, delivering or possessing heroin and driving without headlights after a traffic stop along the 200 block of Sixth Street revealed a brick of heroin in his vehicle, Donora police said. Ciletti was arraigned before District Judge Ethan Ward and placed in the county jail on $50,000 bond. A preliminary hearing has been set for Oct. 30.

Assault alleged: Edward Joseph Passamonte, 38, of 23 Locust St., Clarksville, was charged with simple assault and harassment after he allegedly hit Darlene Renee Nakutis several times in the head and pulled her to the ground by her hair during an argument early Monday at 23 Locust, East Bethlehem Township, state police said. Passamonte was arraigned before District Judge Ethan Ward and placed in the county jail on $25,000 bond, A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for Nov. 2.

PFA violation charge: Abelardo Diaz-Flores, 48, of 7 N. Pine St., Ellsworth, was charged Sunday with two counts of violating a protection-from-abuse order after police were called to this home for a domestic situation, state police said. Diaz-Flores was arraigned before District Judge Ethan Ward and placed in the county jail on $10,000 bond. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for Oct. 26.

Assault charge: Brian Jeffrey Leek, 29, of 177 Boone Ave., North Strabane, was charged Sunday with resisting arrest, simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment after he got into an argument with his girlfriend, Jamie Szpak, and allegedly hit her and threatened to kill her, North Strabane Township police said. Leek also refused to comply with officers’ orders, police said. He was arraigned before District Judge Ethan Ward and placed in the county jail on $50,000 bond. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for Oct. 30.

Gargoyles missing: Two Halloween gargoyles valued at $180 were reported missing Saturday from a yard of a home in the 100 block of Bridle Trail Road in Venetia, Peters Township police said.

Fire ring stolen: A fire ring valued at $99 was reported missing from a side yard of a home in the 900 block of Venetia Road in Venetia, Peters Township police said.

Warrant: Peters Township police have issued a warrant for Matthew Thomas Hutchinson, 23, of McKeesport, for retail theft after he allegedly stole items from Kmart, 4041 Washington Road, McMurray, on Oct. 8

Assault charges: Edward Leon Boone, 32, of 45 Second St., Atlasburg, was charged Friday with two counts of simple assault and one count of harassment after he allegedly punched Amanda Blouir in the face several times, Smith Township police said. Boone was arraigned before District Judge Ethan Ward and placed in the county jail on $25,000 bond. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for Oct. 30.

Retail theft charge: Anthony Leggett, 33, of an unknown address, was cited for retail theft after he allegedly stole cigarettes Sunday from Walgreens, 99 Jefferson Ave., Washington, city police said.

Burglary: Christine Sider of 143 Church St., Washington, reported someone burglarized her home Saturday and stole $2,000 in cash and a PS4 gaming system and games, city police said.
