BROWNSVILLE, Pa. (AP) — Authorities say seven train cars hauling coal have derailed in western Pennsylvania, but no injuries have been reported.

Emergency dispatchers in Fayette County said the Norfolk Southern cars jumped the track in Brownsville at about 8:30 a.m. Tuesday.

Several cars turned on their sides, but officials said the derailment caused no hazards and hasn’t impeded traffic.

Emergency crews were initially called to the scene but soon left, and the train company was taking care of the cleanup.
