Van stolen: Larry S. Young of Washington told state police he loaned his silver 2014 Chrysler Town and Country van earlier this month to a man who failed to return it. The license is JWC-4968. Anyone with information about the van is asked to call state police at 724-223-5200.

Guns, jewelry stolen: State police said a .38-caliber Ruger revolver, .25-caliber Raven pistol and six diamond rings, including two wedding bands, were stolen Monday from a home on Hawkins Street in Canton. Anyone with information is asked to call state police at 724-223-5200.

DUI arrest: Philip Anthony Leek Jr., 29, of 508 West Finley Road, West Finley, was arraigned Wednesday on charges filed by Donegal police stemming from a June 9, 2012, traffic stop on North Road at Crane Road, Donegal. Leek was stopped after police said they saw him crossing the center line and swerving, nearly hitting a mailbox. Leek allegedly gave police another name when he was stopped. When police asked for his Social Security number and it did not match the name given, they said Leek admitted he lied and gave his real name. Police said they also spotted two open bottles of liquor on the passenger floor. Leek’s blood-alcohol content was more than 1 ½ times the 0.08 percent limit at which intoxication is presumed. Leek was arraigned before District Judge Ethan Ward on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, false identification to police, careless driving and having an open container of alcohol. He was placed in Washington County jail on $25,000 bond.
