The Rotary Club of Waynesburg will hold a pancake breakfast from 7:30 to 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, prior to the Veterans Day Parade, at the First Baptist Church in Waynesburg. The breakfast will raise money for The Rotary Club of Waynesburg’s community projects. The cost is $6 for adults and $3 for children.

The Genealogical Society of Southwestern Pennsylvania will be holding an informative meeting about census records including the slave and farm census at Citizen’s Library in Washington at 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 7 Ken Britten will be the guest speaker at the meeting talking about the information that can be found from checking Census Records. The meeting is free and open to the public. Any questions will also be answered.
