Retail theft: Jennifer Lee Palmer, 33, of Jefferson Township was charged Oct. 19 by state police for stealing multiple items from the Walmart in Waynesburg. A warrant for arrest has been issued and anyone with information on Palmer’s location is asked to call state police.

Flight to avoid apprehension: Henry Vester Stiles III, 33, of Jefferson Township was charged Oct. 15 by state police for fleeing from the scene when troopers attempted to serve an arrest warrant.
