Two arrested for heroin sales
Washington County District Attorney’s Drug Task Force arrested two men Thursday for selling heroin to undercover detectives in Cecil Township.
A criminal complaint was issued for Justin Karmann, 28, of 186 Cecil-Henderson Road, Canonsburg, for a felony charge of delivery of heroin and a misdemeanor charge of possession of heroin. Karmann allegedly delivered heroin to an confidential informant during a controlled buy in April. Karmann turned himself in to police. He was arraigned before Senior District Judge Jay Dutton and was released on a $25,000 percentage bond.
Justin White, 35, of 231 N. Depaoli Road, McDonald, is charged with eight felony counts of possession with intent to deliver heroin, four counts of possession of heroin, and driving under suspension. Detectives learned in April that White was allegedly selling the drug in and around his home. Detectives worked with a confidential informant who reportedly made four purchases of heroin from White.
White was arraigned before Dutton and released from Washington County jail after posting $25,000 bond.
Cecil Township Police assisted. The arrests bring the drug task force arrest total to 256 this year.
