Charges against a Pittsburgh woman who was involved in an October 2014 gathering at an off-campus fraternity party during California University of Pennsylvania’s homecoming weekend have been withdrawn.

The Washington County district attorney’s office withdrew all but three charges against Azeeza Delphine Reed, 22, before the case was moved to county court. In May, Reed entered the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program for 12 months for disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and criminal mischief. Those who successfully complete the program can petition the court to have their criminal records expunged.

The charges of simple assault, failure to disperse upon an officer’s order and aggravated assault were withdrawn.
