Teen assaulted: Canonsburg police are investigating the reported assault of a 17-year-old Canonsburg boy by another teenage boy in the borough’s East End Tuesday. The 17-year-old was taken to Canonsburg Hospital for treatment after he reportedly was punched in the face.

Forgery arrest: Nicole E. Lane, 29, of 214 S. Shady Ave., Houston, was arraigned Monday on a warrant on charges of forgery and theft filed by Chartiers police. She is accused of forging and cashing three checks belonging to Frank Novotny for $1,097. She was arraigned before District Judge Ethan Ward and released on $25,000 unsecured bond.

Assault arrest: Kristie Krider, 39, of 623 Railroad St., Houston, was arrested Aug. 27 by Chartiers police on two counts of simple assault and harassment and one count of driving under suspension after she allegedly threw a brick at the car of Kenneth Kelley and threw a ceramic glass at Justin Kelly Sr. Aug. 27. Police said she also trashed the house at 623 Railroad. She was arraigned before District Judge David Mark and placed in Washington County jail on $25,000 bond.

Threats alleged: Elaine M. Hall, 59, of 685 Meldon Ave., Donora, was arraigned Tuesday on charges of terroristic threats, disorderly conduct and harassment filed by Donora police. According to a report, police were called to Donora Towers for a complaint about an intoxicated resident. After knocking on her door, police allege Hall verbally abused an officer and the apartment manager, and threatened to kill the officer. She was arraigned before District Judge Mark Wilson and was placed in Washington County jail on $25,000 bond.

Assault arrest: Matthew Harris, 30, of 6374 Liberty Road, South Park, was arraigned Tuesday on charges of simple assault and disorderly conduct after he allegedly punched and kicked Lataya Taylor, causing injury, and Kevin Miller, breaking his nose, at 146 Highland Terrace. He was arraigned before District Judge Mark Wilson and placed in Washington County jail on $25,000 bond.

Gun, holster stolen: Joseph Flaherty, 36, of Sugar Run Circle, Nottingham, told state police Monday a 9 mm pistol, holster and $25 in change were stolen from his vehicle.

Breaking and entering: Police on Tuesday charged Corey O’Toole, 23, with theft from a vehicle and criminal mischief following an auto break-in in the parking lot of Arrowhead Trail on West McMurray Road. Police said O’Toole was seen breaking a window to get into a vehicle in the lot, and two witnesses kept O’Toole trapped in the vehicle until police arrived. O’Toole was arraigned before District Judge James Ellis and taken to Washington County jail on $25,000 bond.

Disorderly charge: Timothy Pagliei, 44, of Bethel Park, was charged with disorderly conduct by state police after he allegedly was disorderly with members of Finleyville Volunteer Fire Department and was removing a motorcycle from a crash scene before troopers arrived Aug. 24.

Theft reported: Michael H. Hegerty of Route 88, Union, told Southwest Regional police Tuesday two sets of keys were stolen from his vehicle.

Harassment charge: Arthur Mull, 53, of 260 Linn Ave., Washington, was charged by Washington police with harassment after he allegedly held down Cassandra Mason of Washington and choked her during a confrontation at his home Monday.
