Man cited in fight: Jesse W. Watson, 44, of 284 E. Greene St., Waynesburg, was cited for disorderly conduct, harassment and public drunkenness after borough police said he shouted at a neighbor and then punched a man in the eye during an argument outside his apartment Sept. 3.
