Drug charges: Drug charges were filed Friday against Edward J. Wilkin Jr., 23, of Carmichaels, after he allegedly was found with marijuana and drug paraphernalia. State police said a large pill container holding 20 baggies of marijuana was found in his possession during a sobriety check point. Additional marijuana, scales and other items were found at his home, police said.

Trespass: Kody A. Scott, 19, of Waynesburg, was charged with criminal trespass by Waynesburg police for allegedly breaking into Modern Image, 75 W. Lincoln St., Aug. 18. Scott was identified by a video from a surveillance camera, police said.
