Man cited for harassment: Herman S. Orndoff, 55, of 132 Wayne Village, was cited for harassment after state police said he threw pepper in a woman’s face and tried to hit her in their Franklin Township home June 23. State police filed the citation Monday.

Burglary: State police said someone entered a residence at 78 Teagarden Homes in Jefferson Township early Monday morning, although nothing appeared to be stolen from the home.

Truck damaged: A truck parked at 164 Maple Ridge Road in Monongahela Township was vandalized about 6 p.m. Monday, state police said.

Two cited for fight: Robert J. Stanislawski, 49, and Rachel M. Thistlewaite, 34, both of 82 Reeseman’s Court, were each cited for harassment after state police said Stanislawski pulled Thistlewaite’s hair and spit on her while she sprayed Raid bug repellent on him at their Morgan Township home Sept. 7.

Harassment: Dwight A. Sellers, 34, of 46 School St., Clarksville, was cited for criminal mischief and harassment Aug. 31 after state police said punched and kicked a 31-year-old man at 38 A St. in Morgan Township before shoving him into a door frame, breaking the door.
