Electric fencing stolen: A spool of electric fence wiring and plastic pitchfork were stolen from the bed of a pickup truck parked at 300 Green Lakes Road in Greene Township Sept. 15, state police said.

Trespassing at well pad: Matthew L. Bartimus, 42, of Bethesda, Ohio, was charged with criminal attempt and defiant trespassing after state police said he tried to steal $1,000 worth of studs and nuts Monday morning from a CNX Energy well pad along Booth School Road in Morris Township. Workers noticed Bartimus at the site and stopped him from leaving until police arrived.

Terroristic threats: State police charged Brian K. Mayle, 40, of Morgantown W.Va., with terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment for allegedly threatening people with a tire iron Aug. 29 while outside the State Line Inn at 117 Mt. Morris Road in Perry Township. Police said he also pushed a woman to the ground, breaking her wrist.

Disorderly conduct: James M. Jordan, 23, of 20 Grandview Drive, Waynesburg, Donald F. Crawford, 35, of 1992 Oak Forest Road, Waynesburg, and Mellany L. Whipkey, 43, of 967 White’s Ridge Road, Waynesburg, were each cited for disorderly following an incident Sept. 8 while at 209 W. High St. borough police said the three were acting in a “tumultuous” and threatening manner.
