Flash flood watch issued for Southwestern Pa.

The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood watch through Wedbnesday morning for all of Southwestern Pennsylvania, including Washington and Greene counties. Heavy rain in moving into the area, and will continue through the evening into the overnight hours.
