Police beat April 8
Road rage charges: Michael J. Bidioli, 24, of Hollidaysburg, Juniata County, was arrested Wednesday by state police after a reported road rage incident on Interstate 70 near the Claysville exit, Donegal. Bidioli is accused of pointing a gun at another motorist on the highway. When police stopped him, they said the gun was on the dashboard of Bidioli’s vehicle. He was arraigned before District Judge Gary Havelka on charges of carrying a firearm without a license and disorderly conduct. He was released on a $25,000 unsecured bond.
Parole violator: Michael G. Barton, 42, of 38 Elrama Ave., Elrama, is charged by borough police with providing someone else’s drug-free urine stored in a bottle when he met with his Washington County probation officer about noon April 1 in the Donora Borough Building, 601 Meldon Ave., court records show. He is in Washington County jail on a probation detainer and $5,000 bond set Wednesday by District Judge Mark Wilson.
Drug charge: Alexis M. Jones-Fleming, 19, of 22 S. McKean Ave., Donora, is charged by borough police with possessing one stamp bag of heroin and 15 Clonazepam tablets when police approached her while she walked along the middle of the 1000 block of McKean Avenue about 3:10 a.m. March 25. She will receive the charges filed Wednesday from District Judge Mark Wilson.
False ID: Alexanderia R. Allen, 27, of 512 High St., Monongahela, is charged by city police with possession of heroin paraphernalia and giving police a false identification stemming from a traffic stop about 3:10 p.m. Tuesday in the 900 block of Schoonmaker Avenue, court records show. She is in Westmoreland County jail on $10,000 bond set Wednesday by District Judge Joseph Dalfonso.
Deceptive business practices alleged: Police arrested Eugene Grove, 52, of 1306 Scott St., McKeesport, and charged him with deceptive business practices and theft by failing to make required disposition of funds. Police said Grove, who claims to be a contractor, accepted payment for a remodeling project from a resident in the 100 block of McClintock Drive in McMurray in May and June last year. The work was never completed. Grove was arraigned Wednesday before District Judge James Ellis, who set bond at $5,000. Grove is scheduled for a preliminary hearing May 3 before Ellis.
Theft of services: A woman who identified herself as Jessica Biel had her hair colored Wednesday at La Pomponnee, 4137 Washington Road, McMurray. When she was finished with her appointment, she asked if she could go to her vehicle. She returned to the salon and then asked to go back to her vehicle again because she forgot her money. The woman left the salon and did not return. Police said she owes the salon $75.
Vehicle damaged: Joanne White of Canonsburg told South Strabane police Wednesday her vehicle was damaged while it was parked at Walmart, Trinity Point.
Tools stolen: Mark W. Francis of Westville, Ohio, told state police work tools were stolen from his vehicle Saturday in Washington County. Police did not provide the exact location of the theft.
