ATM accessed: State police said the automated teller machine at the Circle K, 860 Henderson Ave., was accessed last month and $2,700 was stolen. Anyone with information is asked to call 724-223-5200.

Assault case: Payton Gedda, 21, of 1474 Route 481, Fallowfield Township, is charged by Charleroi Regional police with simple assault, harassment, disorderly conduct and scattering rubbish. Police accuse her of charging at Dale Josson while swinging her fists and also throwing household items out of a second-floor window about 9 p.m. Monday.

Suspected DUI: Kenneth Stacy, 21, of 106 Jones Drive, Bridgeville, faces a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol after his vehicle went off West Pike Street at Arnold Hollow Road early Wednesday and went into a ditch, Chartiers police said. He left the scene and was found at a Racetrack Road convenience store, police said. He was taken to Canonsburg Hospital where blood was drawn to determine his alcohol level.

Trespassing case: David J. Mathews, 44, of 711 Dry Run Road, Carroll Township, was charged with trespassing while breaking into a structure, criminal mischief and harassment, court records show. He is accused of entering a house in the 300 block of Seventh Street about 5 p.m. Monday and fleeing before police arrived. Mathews is free on $5,000 unsecured bond set Wednesday by District Judge Mark Wilson.

Drug charge: Joseph H. Booher, 20, of 13 Orchard Lane, Carroll Township, is charged by borough police with illegally having 1½ tablets of Xanax about 11:30 p.m. April 8 at Palmer Park, court records show.

Roundabout crash: Neither driver was injured when a tractor-trailer and a car collided Wednesday morning on the roundabout at Brownlee and Thomas-Eighty Four roads, North Strabane police said. Joshua D. Collins, 34, of 14 Hilman St., Bentleyville, told police he was in far right lane when the tractor-trailer in the lane next to him came into his lane as they were negotiating a left turn. The driver of the rig, Dakota L. Bond, 23, of Clinton, Colo., told police his rig always goes wide right negotiating making a left curve. A wheel on the right side of Collins’ car was damaged.

Drug charges: Bernard G. O’Neill, 47, of 2806 Main St., Beallsville, is charged by city police with drug possession and possession of heroin paraphernalia in connection with items found in a parked vehicle that he drove to Fifth Street and Donner Avenue about 5:30 p.m. March 22, court records show.

DUI, drug charges: Dustin Walter Debolt, 30, of 593 Galaxy Drive, Washington, faces summons charges of drug possession, carless driving and DUI following a March 6 traffic stop on Route 18 near Old Park Avenue, state police said. Debolt was driving slowly and had no working lights. He failed field sobriety tests and police discovered eight empty heroin stamp bags.

Identity stolen: Charles Klenhans of Old Post Road, South Franklin, told state police Wednesday his personal information was used to open credit card accounts without his knowledge.

Gun recovered: A South Strabane woman told township police a man came to her Lakeview Drive home looking for a gun he claimed the man who lived there purchased after it had been stolen from him. She told the man, who she said was 50 to 60 years old and driving an older silver car, that the person he was looking for died and she was not aware of any gun. After the man left, she found a revolver in a dresser drawer. She called police and turned over the gun to them. Police will attempt determine the owner.

Theft, false ID arrest: Terese A. Foreman, 48, of Reeves, La., was arrested Wednesday night by South Strabane police after she and two other women reportedly went through the self-checkout at Walmart, Trinity Point, without paying for several items. She gave police a fake name. When officers told her they would take her to the state police barracks to have her fingerprints scanned, she gave her true name. She was arraigned before District Judge Larry Hopkins on charges of retail theft and false identification and placed in Washington County jail on $25,000 bond.

Drug charge: Dillion Oliver, 23, of 2021 Beham Ridge Road, Claysville, will be charged by Washington police with possession of heroin after he was found unresponsive in a vehicle parked in the lot at Shop ‘n Save, 125 W. Beau St., Wednesday. He told police he had used three bags of heroin. Police found one bag of suspected heroin in the vehicle along with four empty stamp bags.

Harassment charge: Devon Fritz, 19, of 910 E. Maiden St., Washington, will be charged with harassment and disorderly conduct after she allegedly struck Frank Harcose, 19, in the head and face during a confrontation at their home Wednesday. She also reportedly broke several items inside the residence.

Harassment charge: Lynzie Ann Fereza, 31, of Washington, will be charged with harassment by state police after she allegedly struck Eric Fereza, 32, in the right eye during an April 6 custody exchange on Martindale Road, West Pike Run.
