Harassment: Mark L. Johnson, 52, and Loretta L. Horner, 35, no addresses given, will be cited for harassment for allegedly punching a man shortly after midnight Monday at 632 Budapest Road, Dilliner, state police said.

Cellphone stolen: A cellphone was stolen about 5:45 p.m. Wednesday from a locker inside the Jefferson-Morgan High School field house, state police said.

Windows smashed: Four window panes were smashed at 101 First St., Glassworks, in the early hours of April 12, state police said.
