Cited for harassment: Joseph Robert Daigneau, 62, of 245 Cedar Ridge Road, Waynesburg, was cited with two counts of harassment following an incident that happened Wednesday afternoon in which state police said he allegedly punched his neighbor in the face and back of the head.

Cocaine possession: Martin Michael Folan, 41, of 64 Greene St., Clarksville, was charged by state police with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia following an incident that happened about 8:40 p.m. July 15 at Folan’s residence. Police said they found a pill bottle with a small plastic bag containing a white powdery substance inside. According to court documents, when police asked Folan what was in the bag, he responded, “Cocaine, but it doesn’t matter.”

Harassment charge: Joseph Denzel Rhome, 18, of 1101 Hartman St., McKeesport, was cited for harassment after state police said he shoved and threw a punching bag at a 16-year-old girl while they were at her Clarksville area residence July 25.

Harassment charge: Charles Ellis Tuttle, 66, of 135 Ferrel Ave., Wind Ridge, was charged by state police with harassment for allegedly punching 19-year-old Ryan Edward Tuttle in the face, about 8 p.m. July 26 at their home. Christopher Allen Tuttle, 21, of 238 Crabapple Road, was also charged with criminal mischief for allegedly hitting and breaking a $110 television screen that belonged to Ryan Tuttle around the same time, police said.

Domestic incident: James Earl Toland, 33, of 155 Woodland Ave., Waynesburg, was cited for harassment after borough police said he pushed his 64-year-old mother, who lives at the same residence, during a dispute Thursday afternoon. Police said Toland allegedly pushed his mother hard enough that she broke a hole in the wall.
