I-70 lane closures planned
PennDOT officials are planning overnight single-lane closures Monday through Wednesday on a portion of Interstate 70 to allow a contractor to work on Speers Bridge.
The closures will take place between exits 40 and 41 in the east and westbound lanes of the interstate between 9 p.m. and 5:30 a.m. during the repair work on the bridge, which crosses the Mon River to connect Washington and Westmoreland counties.
